The spacious Premium Room offered stunning views of the river, making every moment a delight. Breakfast featured delicious Italian dishes and the staff at the restaurant provided excellent service, enhancing the experience. However, misunderstandings regarding reservations left much to be desired, and the initial hospitality did not meet expectations due to communication issues. Overall, while the location and room were impressive, the service inconsistency created a challenging experience.

The views from the balcony over the river were stunning. The room was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed, and had a nice private bathroom. Enjoyed the pool area and spa facilities like the hammam and outdoor pool. Breakfast was delightful, and there’s a fitness center too.

Air conditioning not functioning during mid-March!!! It's hard to enjoy a stay when there's a loud club next door keeping you awake all night!!! Improvements needed on proper window security!!!
